3. Make payment online through paypal or mail in your payment to P.O. Box 66855 Houston, TX 77266.  **Online payment option will be available upon your order submission.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not, please contact Theresa.Luong@hionline.org.
